Akasme, 4, ed August 14th after a dental procedure at a Tulsa, OK dental clinic. Akasmse Rose Tecumseh is one of six pediatric patients who have died in the past 16 months in the U.S. while undergoing dental treatment.The Tulsa Police Department and the Oklahoma Dental Board are investigating the death.
