All ads must be submitted via email no later than October 10, 2010. Once a spot is purchased it is the buyer’s responsibility to submit a camera ready ad in the size specified. There will be no refunds given for ads not submitted, so be sure to look for an acknowledgement email from Nicole stating that she received your ad. If you do not receive an email stating that your ad was received please call Nicole at 757.222.2876. Additionally, since you are submitting camera ready ads there will be no refunds given if your ad is not printed up to your standards, so please ensure that your ad is camera ready. Your graphic designer should be able to help you with this. If you require a custom ad you can choose that option prior to checking out. Upon your approval your ad will be used in the program and you will also receive a camera ready copy for your future use. Finally, if you choose the business card sized ad and do not have access to a scanner you can mail us your business card to scan for you for an additional fee of $15.00. Just be sure to add the selection to your cart prior to check out and then mail your business card to us no later than October 10, 2010.
